French Horn

The French horn is also very old. It dates back to people blowing into conch shells and animal horns. As a brass, it is buzzed into as well. Unlike other brass instruments, it is play with the left hand and the right hand is inserted into the bell to help produce a cleaner, more controlled sound.

Trombone

The trombone is a brass instrument of the bass clef and is played by buzzing into and moving the tuning slide to change notes. It is accepted into the orchestra, but a large icon of jazz music as well.

Baritone

Basically a smaller version of a tuba, the baritone is a brass instrument of the bass clef and is played by buzzing into the instrument. Not a very recognized instrument, but has a very beautiful tone due to relation to the French horn.

Tuba

The lowest brass instrument, the tuba is extremely large and low. The tuba is very responsible for keeping the foundation of the music and very important in making a warm sound for the whole band. Even though you have those boring quarter notes, you are extremely valued.
